Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer multiple shipping options available at checkout. They're calculated using your shipping address and will vary based on your location.
We provide free UPS standard ground shipping on U.S. orders over 150 USD.
We also occasionally offer free shipping promos- keep an eye out for our emails.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be crafter, packed, and shipped in 1-3 business days. Because each of our garments is made to order by hand, processing time may be longer during extremely busy periods- we will make sure to notify you if this is the case.
Delivery time will vary by location and the shipping option you have selected. Please note that shipping time may be extended because of ongoing issues stemming from COVID-19. For more information, please see Shipping & Returns or contact us.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking information can be found on your shipping confirmation email which will be sent to you once your order has been packed and shipped. If you are unable to track your order, please contact info@saintellis.com.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact info@saintellis.com as soon as possible to amend the delivery address or to change items in your order. Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel the order once it has been shipped, but you may initiate a return after you have received the item(s).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Please see Shipping & Returns for additional details.
Can I return Sale items?
Yes. Sale items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
I sent some items back for a return/exchange. Have you received them?
Once we receive your return, we inspect the returned garment(s) to ensure it meets our return standards. Please allow up to 2 business days for this process. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from St. Ellis.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installment payments through Afterpay.
Will I have to pay tax, customs, or duties on my order?
U.S. state sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout as applicable.
For those customers outside the United States- You are not liable for customs/duties on your order if your country has a Free Trade Agreement with the United States. You may be liable for customs/duties if your country charges taxes or duties on imports from the United States.

What currency will my order be processed in?
All orders placed on this website will be processed in USD.
International Customers- Taxes & Duties
Are import duties and taxes included in my order total?
No, we do not include import duties and taxes in your St. Ellis order total.
Customers are liable for any taxes, duties and/or Customs Charges, that are applicable to your order, charged by your local Customs Service. We suggest that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for the most up-to-date rates.
What happens if I refuse to pay these fees?
If you refuse to pay these fees, your shipment will be returned to us and we will refund your order amount to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please note that we cannot refund you until your order has been returned to St. Ellis safely and in an undamaged and untampered with condition.
If I exchange an item, will import fees be charged again?
If you choose to exchange item(s) in your order, additional import duties and taxes may apply to the exchange shipment.
Sizing
What size should I order?
Our swimwear range comes in XS-XXL. Please refer to our Size Guide to find your perfect size.
Using a soft tape measure, measure your bust and hips at their largest point, and your waist at its smallest point. Then refer to the guide to understand what size would be best for you.
We suggest sizing up if you are between sizes. If you have specific sizing questions or need help selecting your best size, we will be happy to assist you. Please email info@saintellis.com or contact us.
Does your swimwear have removable bra cups?
None of our swimwear currently includes removable bra cups.
Other
My discount code isn't working.
Check the terms and conditions on of the discount code, Some discounts are only valid for a limited amount of time, or may not be applicable to certain products. Discount codes are valid for one use only.
