Sustainability
Sustainable Materials
Our swimwear is made with 78% Econyl® recycled nylon. This eco-friendly fabric helps to prevent new plastics from being made by using fiber made of pre and post-consumer waste such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpet fluff.
Econyl® recycled nylon can be recycled and recreated again and again without any loss in quality, so eventally, producing new nylon fiber could even become unneccesary, making garment production a closed loop system. The fabric is certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means that it's free of any harmful chemicals and can even be used in products for babies.
Ethical Manufacturing
Each bikini is made by hand in a small studio where we maintain the highest standards of quality in a safe and beautiful working environment. We're able to personally produce every piece and spend a little extra time making sure they're perfect before shipping them to you.
Green Packaging
We're proud to say that our recycled packaging is 100% plastic free, and it's also completely recyclable or compostable. The only non-recycled item is the responsibly dyed organic cotton string which attaches the hang tag to your bathing suit. The packaging is printed in a green factory, and we hand-stamp our logo onto each box with eco-friendly ink.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
Carbon emissions are one of the biggest issues our planet faces. We purchase CO2 offsets to neutralize the emissions of every shipment. That means that funding goes to carbon capture projects like forestry programs and renewable energy development.
